Our
services are provided on an as-is basis. While every
effort will be made to ensure our system is up all the time (our
past records indicate an uptime of more than 99.9%), there is no guarantee on our
part that the site is operational all the time. As such, in no event shall
we be liable for any consequential financial loss or loss in
business as a result of our services. Our liability is
also limited to one month's hosting fee.

Adult
oriented sites are not permitted and will be removed, once
detected, without notice or refund.

All
illegal or improper uses (which include but are not limited to
spamming and sending unsolicited emails) will
result in immediate termination
without notice and without refund. We shall be the sole arbitrator
as to what constitutes an improper use. In addition, we shall also
disclose any information as permitted or required by any law,
regulation or other government requirements.

These terms
of use are amended as circumstances warrant. Clients who
do not wish to abide by the terms imposed after they sign up may
request to terminate the contract and we shall refund any unused
portion of monies paid.
