Web space is used for web pages and e-mails
(including attached files) received by the mail server but not
yet downloaded by client.

New accounts
can be cancelled within the first 30 days with our guaranteed
full refund of all hosting fees paid. However, after the
30-day period, all monies paid are non-refundable.
When a client signs up more than one account, only the first one
is entitled to the 30-day money-back guarantee, the rest are not
entitled.

Clients are
not required to commit more than what they have paid. We
would appreciate notification of cancellation before the payment
cycle so that our Billing Department will not attempt to charge
the clients.

Additional
traffic is charged at C$5 per GB (note: 1GB of traffic
is equivalent to more than 700 page views per day of a 50KB
page). All clients can view their bandwidth usage through
the control panel.

Upgrades
can be done at any time without extra set-up fees.
